For four decades, P&B has been proud to serve as trusted counsel to restaurants, bars, hotels, nightlife venues, and hospitality entrepreneurs across New York State.  Since our founding, our mission has remained constant: to help hospitality businesses navigate complex regulatory systems with clarity and confidence.

Our work has always been about more than licenses and filings.  It is about relationships.  Relationships with our clients, regulators, community stakeholders, and the neighborhoods that make New York what it is.  Over 40 years, we have earned a reputation for being prepared, principled, and practical; a firm that understands not only the law, but how the system actually works.

New York has changed dramatically since our doors first opened, and so has the hospitality industry.  We have adapted alongside it.  From neighborhood taverns to global brands, paper filings to digital systems, static rules to ever-evolving policies.  Through it all, our role has stayed the same: to be steady, informed advocates in an ever-changing landscape.

As we mark our 40th anniversary, we are deeply grateful to the clients, colleagues, and partners who have trusted us over the years, as well as the members of our own team.  Looking ahead to the future, we are excited to continue doing what we have always done best, protecting our clients’ interests, solving problems, and helping New York’s hospitality industry thrive.
